1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dropwatch ("the Service"), operated at dropwatch.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dropwatch is a market monitoring tool that allows users to set custom price alert rules for various financial instruments (stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, and indices). When configured conditions are met, the Service delivers notifications via Telegram and/or email. The Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features include algorithmic signals (such as anomalous drop detection and moving average crossovers) which are generated by automated statistical analysis — see our Disclaimer for important information about these signals.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Premium Plans

The free Starter plan includes up to 5 custom rules with Telegram notifications and basic ticker support.
The premium Pro plan ($5/month) includes unlimited custom rules, curated premium alerts, priority alert delivery, and advanced ticker support.
We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you downgrade from premium to free, rules exceeding the free-tier limit (5 rules) will be automatically deactivated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

7. No Guarantee of Delivery

While we strive to deliver alerts promptly, we do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered without delay or interruption. Alert delivery depends on third-party services including Telegram, Resend (email), and third-party market data providers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any market data, price alerts, or algorithmic signals provided through the Service. See our Disclaimer for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropwatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses arising from trading or investment decisions made in reliance on alerts, signals, or data provided by the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by Dropwatch. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
